Oh yes they are cheap and I now know why! I had no idea that you can't actually speak to anyone via a phone! The live chat is AI and did not help at all. Could not type my issue (even though is said type here) had to select from a drop down menu! On top of that...if I ever breakdown or accident you are asked to go online and send them an email for help (AI response no doubt!) I'm not happy!. One other thing: you are forced to automatically renew each year but told you can change that later! The live chat reply kept sending me to the wrong area to change this! VERY FRUSTRATING!
