You were very competitive and seemed great.
I paid my deposit and set up the direct debit. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the sort code. Rather than tell me politely that I’d made a mistake (one digit) you emailed a rather blunt cancellation notice. I checked and amended the mistake immediately. I the received a letter on the 22nd saying that my policy was cancelled on 22nd. I had an online chat with one of your operatives who assured me that my policy was in place.
There was really no need for all the worry and drama.
No one ever wants to have to claim on an insurance policy but I shall certainly worry more than usual for the next 11.5 months that I’m with you.
I do feel that you need to address your procedures.
Ps I never ever complain about anything but on this occasion I was left very upset and worried and feel my complaint is justified.
