I was referred to as a liar , I thought my policy was ended and a renewal set up but “ Dennis”
Was so rude iv kept his conversation and screen shorted them to take to trading standards as he said I had to pay another 99. 87 to continue with the insurance through no fault of my own ! I don’t like threatening emails telling me my insurance was going to stop in 34hours when I have had no conversation all emails from your company thst there was a problem ! Thus will all be emailed to trading standards after my conversation with them again .
