I went through the forms to purchase my insurance, the website is slow to load and when I reached the final page to make my payment the page just span and span. I left it and came back 30 minutes later it still hadn't processed the payment and there was no receipt or confirmation of payment. I gave up totally frustrated and purchased a policy elsewhere. This morning after checking my bank account for another reason I saw that the payment had gone out of my account. There is no one to talk to, just an AI bot on the chat that can only answer a basic question, not even a number for complaints.
