I had a policy last year that ended today. My renewal quote was high so I compared quotes and found that I got a lower quote from Yoga as a new customer - so I did that and paid on May 23rd. I assumed that because it was the same name and same vehicle, the renewal would not go ahead but I was wrong! You renewed the old policy on the same car and charged me £402 for the policy. Now, when I try to phone someone there is NO PHONE LINE!!!! I am charged £50 to cancel the renewed policy whilst I still have insurance on the SAME VEHICLE. Seriously, your computers are rubbish. Give me my scammed £50 back please, this is ridiculous. As for evidence - search for me as a customer. I am never using you again.
