I thought I was getting a good deal but unfortunately I received a better offer from my current insurer and then lost my deposit with Yoga as I thought I would receive a refund in the first 14 days. I went on live chat and the agent was very snippy and off handed - not quite rude but not friendly either. I will not now use Yoga in the future. I realise they are within their rights to keep my deposit but it was the agents reaction to my asking (politely) if I could get a refund that has put me off using them in future. I think a little leeway and understanding in these tough financial times goes a long way and Yoga really need to realise this.
