Cancelled my policy on portal so this did not auto renew but they still renewed it. No contact details to speak to anyone. Chat kept referring me back to portal. Absolutely ridiculous. However finally got through to live chat after several attempts and have now been told this is cancelled. I await a confirmation email!!!
