It was easy and quick to do online. Can’t comment on customer service as not spoken to a person yet or needed customer service help. Price wise hugely (over £500) cheaper than my current insurance quote from the company I’ve been with 3 years. I would have like to have stayed with my current insurance company but can’t afford to due to cost living crisis. Living in hope that I don’t have any problems with yoga insurance.
