I took out Yoga insurance for the first time to insure my car. I paid the deposit And it was taken from my bank account. The morning after I received a very curt email saying your insurance will be cancelled as we do not have the correct bank details!
How I wondered as they’d already taken it the day before! I went onto the online chat and explained- not once do I get a sorry for any confusion. Just Give me your bank details. I did then replied it’s all sorted now. Poor customer service experience.
