I couldn't get a confirmation from the Yoga site (which I entered from GoCompare) that my policy had finalised.The session went through the whole process of data entry,add-ons etc,took my card details etc,then unfortunately hung,only to go back to the start of the process with nothing saved that I had entered.I had to go through it a second time and it hung again.I didn't have a good experience to be honest,and now have two policies,even though the site didn't show this.It won't even let me log in as it doesn't recognise my details.Very frustrated with my experience,and will be calling to sort this out tomorrow,I've been v busy in work today and unable to call.Customer service was closed by the time I finished.I hope my issues can be resolved.
