The renewal cost &7 ludicrous excess payment was ridiculously excessive, especially considering I have not made any claims. I have found a good alternative insurer for less than half the price and a fraction of the excess. You are rip-off merchants!
It s also outrageous that you took payment in advance of my policy end date, thereby obliging me to pay an cancellation admin fee for a policy I don't want. You should be ashamed of your prices and practices.
