Their live chat software is the most bug ridden and faulty pile of dog shyte I have ever used. Their assistants, if you can get through to one of them, are not worthy of the name. All I want to do is change the date of my direct debit since they didn't set it up for the date I initially requested, and I've wasted three hours trying to talk to someone about it.
If their customer service at this level is so shocking, I dread to think how bad it's going to be if I need to do something complex like make a claim.
