Insurance cancelled within hours of organizing. No email or telephone number contact! I am a pensioner and cannot deal with everything online. I wanted the insurance policy sent by post which it stated could be done in the portal. Spent several hours trying to find where this could be found.....nowhere obvious! They charged £50.00 to cancel after causing much stress and anxiety which I can't
afford !!!!!!! Very expensive and stressful mistake be warned!
