I was a customer until June 2023. My renewal never reached me as BT made it impossible to continue using my @btconnect email address. Having received no reminder, I only checked recently, by which time any renewal Yoga issued had lapsed. It is impossible to reactivate the account or policy, and it is impossible to speak to anyone at Yoga Insurance to gain advice as the only phone number available is a claims line, which is outsourced anyway. Hence, there is no customer service whatsoever. The chatbot was utterly useless - one of the worst I have seen. The attitude to customer service is neatly summed up by this review, whose first questions to me are all about the delivery of a parcel. I eventually prevailed with Yoga by completing a wholly new proposal via uswitch, where Yoga came out one of the cheapest and I felt it was best to renew quickly as my insurance had expired, and I had already spent several hours trying to work out what to do. I have yet to read the policy documents, which are voluminous, so I don't yet know whether there are any 'gotchas' that will invalidate any claim. I hope to complete this task tomorrow.
