The set up and account was simple. I assume the Certificate will arrive in the post as this never came up once paid.
I am a little apprehensive that there is no contact number for any queries or problems that need resolving. Everything is left to the online format, so hopefully I have nothing specific I need answering. You can't beat talking to a physical person when needing help with a problem or query.
I will reconsider this when chosing another Insurer next time round as I always like the reassurance of knowing, I can talk to someone if needed.
