I totally regret buying this car insurance. I have not been able to get any satisfaction trying to get into customer portal. I followed all instructions but was just going round in circles. A lorry drove into me which I reported . A girl phoned me from Yoga to take details .When the accident report was emailed to me there were so many mistakes even my address was incorrect. The insurers of the lorry contacted me by phone , they were so helpful and offered to deal with the claim as their client was at fault. I have not been able to contact Yoga on line ,They are not accepting my username or password. Having seen some of the other clients comments I am now really concerned as I have said I do not wish to auto renew and it appears this is not enough to stop them taking my money.
