I didnt want the renewal it didn't have my correct value of car and was missing a lot of what I needed before I cancelled I tried talking to the on line robot who was no help there is no way to contact you ! I cancelled within 1 min of clicking the bottom once I got to read the terms and conditions the insurance statement of facts was wrong I have a disability and find it all extremely hard when things go wrong like this did , I was happy with your service but that renewal your software produced was not correct and I have now been charged £49 for cancelling within a min my insurance would have been void anyway due to the details you aid automatically generated
