Hi got really good deal on car insurance but when I had a question live chat was not helpful at all just kept repeating my question and got the same answer which didn't help resolve my question I decided to go for monthly payment and 1st payment was taken from my bank account which was fine but then got notification from bank that you tried taking the amount for the full year which was declined and I wanted to know why that was as I went for monthly and I couldn't find out why you tried taking payment in full
