Yoga had an issue with my driving licence number. The number will never change so why it was a problem or was even needed, who knows??
Also, because I couldn't insure my vehicle with Yoga due to the licence issue, I had to insure with others. Couldn't/wouldn't budge on this despite 2nd year policy.
Yoga took £442.31 prematurely and then only refunded £391.22 which is £51.09 short. It is illegal to insure a vehicle with more than one policy, so full refund required.
No number to phone them. Think it would be easier to get through to Rishi Sunak!!
