This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE for the customer to make contact by way of making a phone call, no telephone number is to be found. The website is TERRIBLE - one is left to 'converse' with an automatic chatbot which is not up to date with the search tabs. All I want to do is update my bank details so the automatic renewal can go ahead and I have spent 2 hours searching the site looking for how to do this. The Chatbot has directed me to a place and tab which does not exist! It has been an infuriating experience and makes me want to change Insurer based on this experience and waste of my valuable time They might be cheaper than other companies but one has to navigate their rubbish website first! :-(
