I wished to receive my documents as hard copy by post. It appears this will not be possible. It was NOT made clear that this company is online only. Had I known this I would NOT have taken out a policy with YOGA I wish I had not done so. The so called on line help assistance is confusing. Disgraceful. I just pray I do not need their help if I have to make a claim. I really wish I had not chosen this company. I would like a human being from this company to contact me BUT I do not expect anyone will do so. Unless you are 'Computer savvy' avoid this company.
