Tried to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, got a robot as there was no way to emsil you and the robot tells me I have to pay £49.99 to cancel. This premium has not even started and by law I have 14 days to cancel. Will never use you if I can help it. Why make contacting you so difficult
I will try calling you tomorrow to get an explanation and resolve this.
