Did not want auto renew, cancelled it when renewal came through but didn't cancel DD stupidly
Took out another policy with different company as a result of renewal being expensive but then seen DD had been taken, now you want a £50 cancelation charge as well!
Twice I logged into the portal and cancelled auto renewal and now its cost me nearly £100
Have made a complaint but will take this to finanial ombudsman. Auto renewal is an immoral way of doing business especially if your site doesn't work
