I confirmed I didn’t wish to renew after increasing my payments. They then took the money out anyway. Then I couldn’t log in saying to fill out details and they would reset the password. No matter how many attempts no email arrived. Just going round and round on the chatbot. All the while not able to get my money back for a renewal I didn’t ask for. Terrible.
