The insurer has no customer service number. Even after weeks of waiting for them to arrange my car to be repaired, they eventually recommend a garage but my car still has not been repaired! As the garage need authorisation and they have not replied! When you want to make a complaint you have to speak to the live chat (messaging) and they ask you to call a phone number with 4 options. 1 of them is there breakdown department, option 2 goes dead and option 3 and 4 say go back to the live chat! Honestly the most under resourced, understaffed, unprofessiona insurance company I have gone with.
