I turned off the option to auto renew my policy and then on Boxing Day morning i receive an email saying I have a new (not renewed) policy and they are debiting my account (although I’ve given no authorisation for them to do so) . No way to speak to anyone as their only contact is via a chat robot who doesn’t recognise my problem and a whole of Boxing day fretting on whether I’ll be charged a cancellation fee or for days I’m ‘insured’ via Yoga insurance. Not an ideal way to spend Christmas
