I chose options that I thought were covered when I paid a deposit, only to find that these options had not been included.
I contacted an agent to request cancellation within an hour of buying the policy, only to be told that they would not refund my deposit & would also charge an administration and a cancellation fee, despite being within the legal 14day cooling off period.I was told I should have read the small print. I didnot receive the 'small print' until after I had already paid.
I am completely disgusted.
