I took out a policy and asked that a named driver could have business use which was an option on the screen however your company advised that to do that I should first take out the policy then amend it later.
When trying to do this after your advice
I was informed that you could not facilitate this requirement and therefore had to cancel the policy which you charged me £49.99 despite that fact that I only had to cancel due to your poor advice
