Terrible company which has no customer service number to call . You have to try to communicate through the website but if you have anything vaguely complicated to sort and need to discuss then you are out of luck.
I tried to cancel my policy before the start date which is my right under the "cooling off time" policy but they wanted to charge me £50 to do this so I am forced to stay with them until next year . Avoid this tinpot company at all cost! God help me if I need to make a claim!
