Bought my insurance on confused.com as I usually do. Selected the cheapest with breakdown cover (as I usually do) only breakdown cover is not really included. They very craftily added a call out fee of £20 each for first 2 call-outs. Also abysmal customer service who are NOT CONTACTABLE BY PHONE. Probably due to the level of abuse they'd receive if they were! I was told the information about breakdown is in the documents. In 40 years, I have NEVER purchased insurance to find out when reading the policy that there's a call out fee for breakdown that's included in your policy! Avoid like the plague.
