When making an adjustment to my policy, adding a personal registration no. I was charged £20.00 twice. Could have been my mistake but I found It impossible to contact Yoga to arrange a refund. There was no option to cover my query and no way of talking to them. I did leave details through the web contact but they have never been back to me. I even rang the underwriter who denied any association with Yoga! I spent a couple of hours trying to make contact to no avail. Extremely frustrating. I appreciate the company is web based but there should be a telephone no. as a default setting. Websites are not always perfect! I will be hesitant about using them next time.
