Whilst your prices are certainly competitive it is impossible to talk to anyone in your company. I recently wanted to change a vehicle on my insurance, instead of telling me that i should get a quote for my new car and once accepted to cancel the existing one you charged me over £40 for "changing vehicle". Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also takes ages to get an email for a forgotten password.
