I got quoted a price, a couple of days later I went to purchase it and the price had risen £37. I was informed that insurance quotes can change on daily basis.Thinking it would go up again against my better judgement because this company is solely online and I had reservations about the company if I needed to get hold of them in the future, I purchased at this price as other companies were quoting me more. After purchasing the increased premium, I then received an email stating if I bought the insurance today I could have got it for less than I had just paid. Angry and upset at this I then had to go through the live chat to complain about this. I got told that I would be charged £40 if I wanted to cancel my insurance, even though it has not started and wasn’t due to start until the middle of the month, I was quoted the companies t & C’s. Through the live chat eventually came to some agreement but I would think twice before purchasing, make sure you fully read the small print and be comfortable that you can not actually speak with anyone as it’s an online company with only the live chat option to discuss any matters.
