I already have an insurance policy with another provider, but to cancel my policy on renewal date is over £50!
With all other insurers, under dual policy rules, i would not be charged twice.
There is no phone number to call to complain - only the ability to login into a portal or deal with a very limited chat bot that doesn't seem to work all the time.
Would ideally love to sort this out amicably but there seems to be no easy way to do this on Yoga's website. So will need to file a complaint.
Pretty shocking really.
