The price was £30 higher than initially displayed by Comparethemarket but I went ahead. A glitch in Yoga's online form meant that the purchase price of the car, 15 years ago, was displayed as the current value. Also my attempt to change my marital status from married to widowed was unsuccessful. I was going to be charged over £50 to make the amendments immediately after buying the policy even though the mistakes weren't my fault, so I cancelled. I will now arrange insurance with a company that doesn't penalise me financially for my husband's death. I would welcome your feedback/apology for my experience and trust that my full refund will be made promptly.
