After the initial quote I decided to accept. Big mistake, the Chatbot only has set answers to any query. I decided to cancel due to the bad service. A day after joining and 3 weeks before my policy was due to start they had taken a £67 deposit and I was then being charged £49.99 cancellation fee. Don't fall for the 'today only' quote. Online chat only. It took over an hour to 'chat' to a human. God only knows what would happen if I had to claim. Well I decided I didn't want to find out. Bye bye Yoga.
