I contacted customer service, having changed my car, after not being 100% on the on-line process, after initially getting crossed wires with one of your colleagues, I had a better understanding of what to do. Having changed the details on line as per the instructions and paying in full for the new policy, I contacted customer services again and spoke with Charlotte(I think),to double check that I would get a refund of my previous policy once cancelled and the update fee would be waved as I was staying with your company. Charlotte confirmed this and offered to cancel the previous policy and sort out the refund, which I was of course happy for her to deal with. As it happened the payment and refund all went through on the same date. A big thank you to Charlotte for assisting me, brilliant customer service. I highly recommend.
