All very efficient setting up the policy. Your systems are very good. I didn’t realise that you were 100% online with not even an emergency claims number. Also concerned that I have no number to ring if I break down. I’ll have to wait and see how good it is if/when I use it but it makes me feel more vulnerable and concerned if my phone runs out of charge. I couldn’t find your app on Apple. Could you send a link. Thanks Chris ps I thought an advantage of speaking to a BOT was that it would be 24hrs but it seems not.
