There doesn't seem to be the option of no star review. Automatic renewal was charged, with a big hike in premium. I obtained cheaper insurance elsewhere, but when I cancelled the renewal I was still charged a £49.99 cancellation fee. The online chatbot gives only irrelevant options and it is impossible to speak to anyone. Never going back to this firm.
