Yoga-insure has billed me twice for the one policy I have purchased. Having just returned from holiday today to discover this, I have tried in vain to reach an agent on live chat (robot only with pat answers) to organise a refund and am losing confidence in the legitamacy and ethics of this company. I expect to hear immediately that this has been an error, a refund will be paid and an apology for inconvenience, otherwise I will take action to publicise this malpractice and downright theft. Hope this will help to resolve this issue.
