Was happy initially as had renewal reminder for car insurance
, received policy etc after payment.
One month later email sent saying car insurance has auto-renewed and they’ve taken another payment.
Can’t get hold of anyone to cancel second policy (for same car) and funnily enough the policy purchased in February does not appear on my customer portal
Going to take plunge and cancel March policy in the hopes other one appears as fed up calling yoga professional automated voice message service !!!
