I was happy with the signing up procedure to take out my insurance cover, as well as being to access everything online. I do however feel there should be a facility whereby the policy schedule and associated documentation can be sent out in the post (if requested). The reasons being are that some policy holders do not have a printer or access to one and others who do not have access to the internet, get friends/family/relatives to arrange the quote online on their behalf, but once a policy has been taken out, they do not have a policy schedule or associated documentation to refer to, when needs dictate.
