Want to have automatic renewal taken off my new policy but no way to do this. Chatbot extremely useless and when you choose live agent you get hours of working for agent but no live agent at all. Price much higher than paid in the past for car insurance (even though paying total upfront), excesses higher than had in the past though insurance overall a little cheaper than current provider. Trying them this year, we’ll see.
