Just bought new car, tried to add new car to existing policy which had around 3 months to run, underwriter unable to quote for change so ended up cancelling existing policy, and getting a new one elsewhere. Yoga charged £50 to cancel, leaving a refund of £16!
I found the whole process challenging using the portal, not being tech savvy, and no-one to actually speak to.
The price for the insurance was competitive, but if you do have to make a change/claim it's not easy
