I cancelled car insurance policy.
No prior notice that renewal was nearing. I had already bought a cheaper policy with another company. Mo ey was taken out of my account without my knowledge last minute! Took me over an hour to cancell! Then to be charged £50 for cancelling!
I will be taking this complaint further as want my £50 refunded! You can't speak to anyone on the phone! It's frustrating 😒 I want my 50 back ASAP.
