My rating of 4* is simply based on ease of use on the web site and obviously price. Despite being with my existing insurer for several years with an excellent record they increased my wife’s car insurance by over 60%. Totally unacceptable. Hopefully I will never need to call on Yoga but if they live up to reputation then I may increase this to 5*
