Took out car insurance to commence 7th April. Appeared to go smoothly. Obtained new vehicle 13th April. Attempted to amend online, nightmare. Error messages, 'unable to action?' Tried Bot..."was your issue resolved?" I typed 'no'...bot answered 'have a great day "..I am currently uninsured. Can't believe an insurance company is inaccessible over weekend.
