A middle-of-the-road three stars from me. I bought the policy yesterday, before collecting the car. The website’s very slow payment processing crashed, so I had to repeat the payment. Later, on checking my bank account, two identical payments appear to be pending. The only telephone number given is for claims (I understand this is how they keep costs down) but there is no email address with which to correspond either, which is poor. The Live Chat is worse than useless for the type of problem I had, and trapped me in an endless loop of the same suggestions. On the plus side, the cover is what I wanted and the price was good. Just hope I don’t need to contact them for anything else - as it’s impossible.
