Can't seem to find the auto-renew anywhere on the website, as I wish to stop it.
There is no contact number anywhere and you can only have a "chat" between 9am and 2pm.
Wanted to cancel, but would cost me £49.99 so I didn't bother. Annoying, as I only just paid for the insurance, which isn't due to start for the next 3 weeks and well inside the cooling off period. Disappointing. Hope I don't have any problems. The start has not filled me with confidence.
