It was super easy and an excellent price. However, I would have given 5 stars but for the final payment. Unfortunately, when I paid online through google pay(Wallet) I received a message telling me that payment had failed and reprocess. Did this and went through Ok. However, luckily I checked my bank account the following day and found that the transfer had gone through twice. So i had to go to time and trouble of ringing around (Yoga doesn't do phone) and get my bank to cancel one of the payments. ALSO DISAPPOINTING WAS THAT i RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR 366.68 ON 15.05.2024 BUT WAS CHARGED £407.11 WHEN I ORDERED THROUGH THAT QUOTE. NOT VERY IMPRESSED. (INCIDENTALLY JUST WENT IN TO THE QUOTE AND STILL HASN'T CHANGED). I cant contact you about this because of the no phone policy, and was able to get nowhere through the support system. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a common problem, of poor support and misselling a product at a higher price than quoted.
